Ingredients
– 2 oz Roughstock Blended Whisky
– ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
– ½ oz simple syrup
– 6–8 fresh mint leaves
– 3 blackberries
– Mint sprig and blackberry to garnish
Method
1. Muddle mint leaves and blackberries with simple syrup in a shaker.
2. Add whisky, lemon juice, and ice. Shake vigorously.
3. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a fresh blackberry on a pick.
