Ingredients
– 2 oz Roughstock Blended Whisky
– 1 oz sweet vermouth
– ½ oz dark cherry liqueur (e.g. Heering)
– 2 dashes Angostura bitters
– Luxardo cherry and orange peel to garnish
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 30–40 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish with a skewered Luxardo cherry and an expressed orange peel.
