Campfire Coffee

Ingredients

– 1.5 oz Northern Eyes Whisky Cream

– 6 oz hot dark roast coffee

– ½ oz salted caramel syrup

– Whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon to garnish

Method

1. Brew a strong cup of dark roast coffee.

2. Stir salted caramel syrup into the hot coffee until dissolved.

3. Pour Northern Eyes Whisky Cream over the back of a spoon to layer it on top.

4. Finish with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
