Ingredients
– 2 oz Roughstock Blended Whisky
– 4 oz ginger ale
– ½ oz fresh lemon juice
– 2 dashes Angostura bitters
– Lemon wheel and candied ginger to garnish
Method
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add Roughstock whisky and lemon juice over ice.
3. Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
4. Dash bitters over the top. Garnish with lemon wheel and candied ginger.
