Ingredients
– 2 oz Northern Eyes 7 Year Whisky
– ½ oz fresh lime juice
– ¼ oz cinnamon syrup
– 3–4 oz spiced ginger beer
– Candied ginger, lime wheel, and a cinnamon stick to garnish
Method
1. Add whisky, lime juice, and cinnamon syrup to a copper mule mug filled with ice.
2. Top with spiced ginger beer and give a gentle stir.
3. Garnish with candied ginger on a pick, a lime wheel, and a cinnamon stick.
