Ingredients

• 2 oz Northern Eyes 7 Year Whisky
• ¼ oz apple cider syrup (equal parts apple cider + demerara, reduced)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash cinnamon bitters
• Orange peel & cinnamon stick for garnish

Method

1. Combine whisky, apple cider syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
3. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. Express orange peel over the glass, run along the rim, and place alongside a cinnamon stick
