Canadian Sunrise

Ingredients

– 2 oz Oat Milk Maple Brown Sugar Liqueur

– 1 oz dark rum

– 3 oz cold brew coffee

– ½ oz maple syrup

– Ice

– Candied bacon strip and a drizzle of maple syrup to garnish (!!)

Method

1. Combine oat milk liqueur, dark rum, cold brew, and maple syrup in a shaker with ice.

2. Shake well and strain over fresh ice in a tall glass.

3. Drizzle a little extra maple syrup over the top.

4. Garnish with a candied bacon strip balanced on the rim.
