Ingredients
– 2 oz Trouble Gin
– 4 oz premium tonic water
– ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
– Hibiscus ice cube (freeze dried hibiscus petals frozen in ice)
– Grapefruit peel, dried hibiscus flower, and fresh coriander sprig to garnish
Method
1. Place a hibiscus ice cube in a large wine or balloon glass.
2. Add Trouble Gin and grapefruit juice over the ice.
3. Top slowly with premium tonic water.
4. Garnish with a curled grapefruit peel, a dried hibiscus flower, and a fresh coriander sprig.
