Ingredients
- 2oz Northern Eyes 3-Year Whisky
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Apple Cider Syrup*
- 1 oz Apple Juice
*To make Apple Cider Syrup, combine equal parts hard apple cider with brown sugar.
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice. Pour into a glass and top with ginger beer.
