Nose: Sweet with a hint of spice. Warm buttery caramel with a soft hint of a fragrant floral note. 
 
Palate: An abundance of warm buttery caramel and toffee. The famous Alberta rye spice comes through with a slight hint of vegital, then flows into sweet raisins.
 
Finish: Medium finish that's sweet to spicy, and then finishes sweet. The sherry cask is present and seems to linger on the tongue with a hint of black pepper, finishing with hints of dark cherry, leaving you wanting another sip.
