“For the Stars”

• 1.5 oz Barn Owl Gold Vodka
• 1oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Domaine de Canton
• 0.5 Matcha Syrup
• Egg White

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker and dry shake for 15 seconds.
2. Add ice to the shaker, shake again for 15 seconds.
3. Double strain, Garnish with 4 drops of matcha syrup.
4. Drag tweezers through matcha to create a clover on top.
