Ingredients:
- 2oz Pink Josee
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25oz Rich Simple Syrup*
- Soda Water
How to:
Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with mint and lemon wheel.
*Rich simple syrup combine 250g sugar and 125g water in pot on low heat. Stir until dissolved. Cool down before use.
