Sazerac featuring Northern Eyes Whisky

  • 1.5oz Northern Eyes 5 Year Whisky
  • 1.5oz Hennessey
  • Barspoon Rich Demerara Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Absinthe Rinsed, Chilled Rocks Glass
  • Lemon Peel for Garnish

How to:

Add Whisky, Cognac, Syrup and Bitters to mixing glass. Stir with ice.

Rinse a chilled rocks glass with Absinthe of choice.

Strain concoction into chilled/rinsed glass.

Express lemon peel on glass and drop in for garnish.
