- 1.5oz Northern Eyes 5 Year Whisky
- 1.5oz Hennessey
- Barspoon Rich Demerara Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- Absinthe Rinsed, Chilled Rocks Glass
- Lemon Peel for Garnish
How to:
Add Whisky, Cognac, Syrup and Bitters to mixing glass. Stir with ice.
Rinse a chilled rocks glass with Absinthe of choice.
Strain concoction into chilled/rinsed glass.
Express lemon peel on glass and drop in for garnish.
