Distilled by Her is a series driven entirely by Hansen Distillery’s Assistant Distiller — her palate, her rules, her way. The latest release, Strawberry Grapefruit Floral Gin, is bold, layered, and not the kind of bottle that sits quietly on the shelf.
Expect marmalade, fresh strawberries, and baking spices on the nose. The palate turns jammy and floral, cut with freshly cracked black pepper and grapefruit. It finishes long and smooth, with warm spices and fresh garden herbs carrying it out.
