Stone Fruit Sour
Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz Northern Eyes 7 Year Whisky
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz peach liqueur (e.g. Mathilde Pêche)
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz egg white
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters on foam
- Dehydrated peach slice to garnish
Method
- Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) for 15 seconds to build foam.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Dot Angostura bitters on the foam and drag a toothpick through for a design. Garnish with a dehydrated peach.
