The Alberta Sunset

A vibrant, easy-drinking cocktail that lets the peach and apricot notes shine.

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Orange Blossom Special Whisky
• 2 ounces fresh orange juice
• 1 ounces peach nectar
• 0.5 ounces grenadine
• 1 cups ice

Steps

Fill glass: Fill a rocks glass with 1 cups ice.2

Build the drink: Pour 2 ounces Orange Blossom Special Whisky, 2 ounces fresh orange juice, and 1 ounces peach nectar over ice and stir gently.3

Add sunset effect: Slowly pour 0.5 ounces grenadine down the side of the glass — it will sink and create a sunset gradient. Do not stir. Garnish with an orange slice.

Notes

For extra flair, add a dehydrated orange wheel as garnish. Best served on a warm Alberta evening.
