This beautiful, golden amber spirit has aged on Alberta soil, with our temperature fluctuations from minus forty to plus thirty, bringing out a uniquely Albertan whisky that reflects the best we have to offer.

Nose: Baking spice and caramel, layered with warm apple crisp and cinnamon, reminiscent of an Alberta evening harvest.
 
Palate: Creamy toffee unfolding into early-season stone fruits. 
 
Finish: Well-rounded finish with notes of baking spices, reminiscent of a lingering, warm apple pie fresh from the oven.
