This spirit has been 100% distilled at the home of Edmonton's first whisky, and blended by The DarkCloud himself. This whisky is as unique and interesting as the people behind it. Expect to have your senses tantalized by multiple cask and grain types coming together in harmony. This spirit leaves you begging for another sip.

NOSE:

Cinnamon dusted over fresh cut apples, squeezed mandarin orange peel, ripe blackberries and honey-drenched sultanas.

FINISH: The finish is long and balanced – rich spiced red fruit leather with a uniquely robust cinnamon dust that lingers.

PALATE: Honeyed cinnamon burst, MacIntosh toffee melted on black cherry ice cream. Some sherry shines into a fruit punch juice, nutty dark chocolate covered black cherries.
